I tried this but with a Hateful Eye (1 2 2) and it cleaned up pretty well. Had to use Dark Rebirth at the end, but Drain Power + Focused Beams worked just fine.

It didn't time out for me exactly as written, but this strat worked really well the first time. There's a little bit of RNG for how it plays out for the pets dying Both Brightpaw and the Gorger died one turn early for me, but the Eye cleaned it up SUPER easily
