Curse of Doom applies only to the pet it is cast on.

As I read the strat, you apply CoD to the opposing pet, and then swap it out to die on the backline later from the CoD.

If I'm understanding you, you mean that Baa'l's Nether Gate kills Tempe? I suppose that could happen, with the help of some crits, but it should be irrelevant, since either way Dustie comes in, and the battle proceeds.

I just tried it for myself three times, and here are my results:

1. won exactly as this strat expects, line for line. (with a H/P Voidwiggler)
2. lost when Swoggy got two crits on my Anomalus before its second Void Nova (with a H/P Voidwiggler)
3. won exactly per the strat except needed an extra Shadow Shock to win at the end (with a B/B Voidwiggler)

I didn't do the arithmetic, but that speed tie at the start introduces another element of random, and it definitely is possible for Anom to die early.

However, AFAICS, the CoD works exactly as expected.

Tried over 10 times. Dsnt matter who starts first, my Anomalus always seem to be second on turn 5 and dying before using second Void Nova.

Strategy is a bit hit and miss but works more often than not. Script will quit if Anomolous dies before Swoggy does.
