In fact, any pet that has at least Nature's Ward or Photosynthesis can be used for one slot; however, without the usage of Sunlight on both pets, the fight would take twice as long!

I just wanted to chime in and say that I have been playing around with this combination for a bit. I use a slight variation: Amberglow Stinger (2-1-1), Baa'l (1-2-1), and Scourged Whelpling (1-1-*). I follow basically the same pattern up to killing Fozling and Crushface. At this point your stinger has 2 HP if it hasn't been crit and you have a low health Baa'l that's in facing Tremors. Swap the Whelpling in on Breath, Call Darkness into the second poison hit, and shadow flame until dead. Now you can bring in your 2 HP Stinger, stun -> poison -> cocoon -> poison. Baa'l finishes the fight comfortably with Murder. Just my experience, can be a little dicey if the stinger gets crit.

This worked great until they changed how the spell plague breath worked recently, now if you get unlucky then tremors is able to kill naxxy... They just HAD to change plague breath to a 215-400 damage range.

The main issue is that blizz buffed weathereffects. sunlight and toxic fumes doing more dmg --> Turn 14 Baa'l hits only one time --> one turn more for naxxy. it's tight now

this didn't work for me. fozling was still at half health after step 12, so whatever was supposed to happen didn't happen.
