You remember one thing. Whiplash use 'Cocoon Strike' regularly.
This attack Whiplash use 'Cocoon Strike' at 'Turn 12' , 'Turn 16'(end Turn 17) so I attack to finish before the use 'Cocoon Strike' If Moonshell Crab come in, and next turn it's time to Whiplash use 'Cocoon Strike', You use 'Shell Shield'. That's it. Ps 1: I counted turn after Whiplash use 'Cocoon Strike' my finger worked hard! Ps 2: It's always hard to write my thinking. Damn translator |

Abyssal Lurker is just a backup pet in case there are some crits you still have one to fight. I have used PS Toothy, PP Slimy Eel, not tested with other breeds.

1) Dive, Bite till 1st enemy dies.
2) Bite, Screech (you will have like 16hp, but enemy will use bonus dmg spell on you, which does 0 dmg), Dive
3) after that Moongoose will die, if not, use Bite)
4) Hydraling comes in (i actually use 2,2,1). The key is to kill Turbo as fast as you can, didn't use "Swallow You Whole" though, but Shell Armor is useful for the 3rd pet!
5) use Tail Slap 2x - Turbo should die. (if not, it's almost certainly over)
// from here rest of the fight is RNG.
6) Used Shell Armor and Tail Slap - that brought Whiplash to like 70-65% or so.
7) Hydraling died, Emerald Turtle came in
8) Used Powerball, since Whiplash was cocooned (doesn't matter, u're faster and full hp, so could also pass)
9) Emerald Bite x1
10) Healing Wave
11) Emerald Bite for the rest of the fight.
This worked for me like from the 3rd time, but one might not be that lucky, since that Sandstorm puts your hits down to 90% chance and Whiplash can also have couple of crits.
