This team is based on the blizzard weather effect, including cleave and control abilities.
In the 2nd slot you could also play with Grumpling (1/2/2) or Whomper (*/1/1).
If you want to have a counter to undeads you could replace Flipps in the 3rd slot with Hopfling (2/2/1).
Make sure you are using the recommended breeds.

Ruf des Winters is the bread and butter of this team. The weather effect buffs the abilities of two of your pets a lot and it also is an important tool to remove weather effects the opponent is trying to make work. The Schneeboldwicht is the most important pet in this team so try to keep it alive and possibly bring it in later in the fight after swapping it out to make use of the 
Tritt and Ruf des Winters.
Frostschock. Notice that you don't have to apply the Frostschock chill first to ensure the 
Tieffrieren stun when the weather is a blizzard (except the enemy pet is elemental... they ignore the chilled weather). Because this team is using quite a lot of elemental damage I prefer 
Fuchtler over 
Ausschalten, especially because you can slow the enemy.
Tornadoschlag is a must-pick because it deals great damage and has the chance to stun the enemy. Because it deals that much humanoid damage I prefer 
Biss in the first slot, but 
Hieb also is fine. Use your 
Ausweichen strategically and not just whenever it is off cooldown.
These options reset all other sorting filters.
