turn 1: slime
turn 2, get swapped
3+ shadowslash to death

globs, in, switch to scourge, tail swipe to death

sprout in: usually you get a turn or two to tail swipe - DND and plague blood on the last two turns (mostly predictable). plague blood up for sure on last turn ghostly skull back in

keep up siphon life, shadow slash, and then bite when the heal is on CD or last turn. blight breath alternate his first two abilities until dead (usually dead by ghost skull)

prob a better pet than blight breath but i only have 4 undead pets to do this with.

I don't think there's any point in using Call Darkness against Nightmare Sprout. It's an elemental so it ignores the healing reduction anyway.

Worked well my first try. I used a L23 Tiny Apparition as my third pet. Like DTJ, my P/S Bone Serpent died before he could re-enter the battle, but Tiny stepped up and cast Curse of Doom. He then used Siphon Life to keep getting a little healing and otherwise hit with Shadow Slash. He took out the enemy's Sprout and ended up with half his health left when the battle was over. If you get lucky on the RNG, it's possible to win the fight and level a pet at the same time. Thanks for all the tips, folks.

Pretty RNG fight. Failed first time with a Blighthawk as my 3rd. Swapped in a Crawling Claw and just barely squeaked by the 2nd try.

Thank you for this. I've been trying to make this strat work for ages. Bone Barrage first and eat the Nether Gate worked first time. Had a lvl9 in slot 3, both 25's died killing Xorvasc's pets, and with it being Sign of the Critter week, it took the lvl9 up to 21. Cheers.

This did not work for me. I did finally get it done with Bone serpent 1-2-1, Weebomination 2-2-2 and Infected Squirrel 2-2-1. I did Call darkness, ate the pet swap, then used Diseased Bite and Haymaker to get down the first pet and halfway through Globs as well. Pulled out Infected Squirrel next and used Stampede and Consume to kill Globs. Got Stampede off on Nightmare Sprout then used Call Darkness and Nocturnal Strike to finish of Nightmare Sprout.

I used Blighthawk (1,2,1) who 2 shot the first pet with Lift Off then Ghostly Bite crit. Scourged Whelping (2,1,1) took care of second pet, I used BlightHawk on 3rd pet but he died so finished off 3rd pet after with Marionette but came close (100hp) to only needing first 2.

I apparently have an older Rematch in use, cus my pet used in the third slot was Spectral Spinner, which is from Hallow's End... Similar pets to the Spinner, I had Giant Bone Spider I could use instead.
Bone Serpent: H/H lvl 25 Rare
Scourged Whelpling: H/H lvl 25 Rare
Giant Bone Spider: P/S lvl 25 Rare - From Maexxna in Naxx, which should be somewhat easy to get. On my Spider I used 1/1/1 going with Web, Leech, Bone Bite. Didn't really keep up the Web or Leech, in either try and didn't make a difference the second time around...
Had to try 2 times, but otherwise the strat worked very well :)
My screw-up on the first try, was to pass before Lift-Off on Bone Serpent, which I didn't do, so I messed it up.

Did it with tainted rat, scourged whelpling and mr bigglesworth.
Started with rabid bite, whelpling got switched in, plague blood, tail sweep, Trixy a gonner, then 2x tail sweep on the blob, died together with my welpling, mr bigglesworth finished the sproud with ice tomb and claw.

Way too much luck involved in the execution Bone Barrage 80%, Call Darkness lowers everything another 10%. Mortal Strike by the Sprout and the healing debuff from Call Darkness are additive, so zero healing for your pet doing this. Also keep in mind the third enemy pet is an elemental so Call Darkness doesn't dampen Consume Corpse's healing.

My Bone Serpent died pretty fast (right after Trixy died), Mr. Bigglesworth (1/1/1) as the third pet saved the day on the Sprout. Ice Tomb -> Barrier -> Pass -> (Ice Tomb hits Sprout) Claw -> Claw . Not even sure if I needed the second Claw. I still one shotted the fight, so no idea about the RNG involved. But wanted to offer Mr. Bigglesworth as a suggestion for pet #3.

I had to rely on my third pet for pretty much the entirety of Nightmare Sprout after Consume Corpse. P/S Scourged Whelpling worked fine, but B/B Bone Serpent was poop. H/H probably the intended Breed, yea? I don't recall encountering any crits, but it was in bad shape after the first round against Globs.

A bit tricky...my bone serpent took too much damage at the start so it didn't survive too long when the Sprout came, however i had a level 20 undead pet who managed to kill the sprout :P

У меня тактика совсем не сработала. Обстрел костями постоянно промахивается, вражеские питомцы критуют по 3-5 раз за бой... мои же совсем нет. Буду искать что-то другое...

Нашла на просторах рунета такую тактику для тех, у кого не сработала вышеуказанная.
Сетап:
Сын Сете 1-2-2
Фигурка вуду 2-2-2
Зараженная белка 2-1-1

Стратегия:
Взлет, затем Касание анимуса, Вбирание (сколько нужно, чтобы Трикси умер), выходит капля. Вбирание, Взлет и Касание. Сын сете умирает, далее фигурка вуду: огненное дыхание и капля склеивает ласты. Выходит росток, накладываем Дикое пламя и Гниль, меняем на белку. Белка добивает Звериным натиском.
Занавес.
