Script worked as of April 2023 (patch 10.0.7) took OP's advice and used Scraps 2/1/2 and it took 2 bone bites to finish it.

I don't have Fossilized Hatchling leveled yet so I subbed in Returned Hatchling. It worked well and the only ability I swapped out was Bonestorm for Bone Barrage.

Scourged Whelpling did the trick for slot #3.

I used Boneshard 2/1/1 as a fine replacement for Fossilized Raptor. Instead of Death and Decay, I used the Blistering Cold and instead of Bone Bite, I used Ice Spike - although it has a high chance to miss. It worked on my first try :))
