Great strat and perfec script!
I love the "Last stand pet" strats because they can soak all the exp from the battle, doing this on Sign of the Critter week and takes me 2 fights to max out a lvl 1 pet.

I use an automatic key presser and I noticed my Nexus Whelpling sometimes KILLING "Marshmellow" or it would change back to my Zepplin but leave the Whelping alive. (For some reason you do not get leveling points if any 25's are left alive. I have added these 2 lines at the very end of the script, even though it looks like the writer already thought it was covered. Enter these 2 lines right above the last line "ability(#1)

With the Auto Key Presser I can average 5-6 fights between healing ( I know, its kind of like using a bot, but come on, for repeatable fights that you actually just keep pressing the same button by hand... I OK with it, hope you find it helpful "Auto Keyboard by MurGee.com")

whenever you use explode to finish the fight and you carry a leveling pet it will get xp as if it participated
(technically after the explode the leveling pet will be forced in but at that point the match is already over)

that is possible, however with 500 hp it's still vunlerable to bad rng from the cyclone. i've put the 500hp in the script for the moment, maybe someone can test it often enough to say if that's fine

I'm using this staff pick for a while now, so thanks. But I think I never had a level 1 aquatic on my list until 8.2 pets were up and now I see them die to Cyclone, so it's not a failproof carry for them.

I've had no issues at all with this strat. Your problem with aquatic pets might be due to the breed of either the zep or the whelpling.

This strategy helped me:

Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling (1-1-2)
Nexus Whelpling (1-1-2)
Any pet from level 1

We start with the Mech Pandaren Dragonling and apply Decoy, then Bombing Run and we apply Breath x2, we switch to the Nexus Whelpling, the bomb falls to Jinx and kills it. (If you don't kill him, just use Tail Sweepx1 and he will die).

Rocket comes out and we apply Sear Magic, then Arcane Storm and then Tail Swee until it kills Rocket.

Marshmallow leaves and we take out the pet from lvl 1, we take out Nexus Whelpling again and he will receive the damage of Marshmallow who will kill him.

We took out our Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling and used Decoy, then Bombing Run and Breath until he killed Marshmallow.

End!

I dont know if something's changed at some WoW patch, but this strategy is just terrible in terms of leveling. The Nexus Whelpling doesn't do "Sear Magic", and the enemy Cyclone will absolutely go to town on your leveling pet :)

if ur having problems with lvling pet dyings esp if its lvl 1, then change the TD script line self(#3).hp<500] to 1000, then it will cast sear magic , cuts off a turn or two when set to 500hp, making the fight faster
I use this strat https://www.wow-petguide.com/?Strategy=5369 for lvl 1 pets and the one with zep/nexus for lvl 11+ pets cause they ahve enough hp to not need Sear magic (edited)

The occasional crits can ruin a somewhat exact strat, but changing up if that happens can fix the problem. Whether it be using an extra Sear Magic, passing a turn to not accidentally kill Marshmallow, or using an extra Missile before exploding in order to make sure you've got the one hit kill ('Explode' will do 618 damage every time).

I haven't lost once using this set of pets and moves, but I *have* had to make changes from the basic tactics a few times, so I recommend being careful if you use TD Script.

sear magic should never have to be used a second time, since the moth dies before the second cyclone
also the script won't use explode unless marshmallow has 618 or less hp, otherwise it uses missile
so i have no idea where you got those problems from

P/S and P/B have the same power
