I soloed this with a Lifelike Mechanical Frostboar (rare, 25, P/P) skills 2-2-2. Against Rock Lick 1-3-2-1-1-2-1-3-2-1. Against Slow Moe 2-1-2-3-1-2-1 Against snot 2-3-2-1-2 but probably better is 2-1-3-2-1-2

My S/S Cogblade didn't manage to beat the 1st pet in 3 tries in a row. Changed it to a team with 3 Iron Starlette, as mentioned in the thread. The first was a P/P (1,1,1) one and soloed the entire fight:
1st pet Wind-Up, Supercharge, Wind-Up
2nd pet Powerball, Wind-Up, Supercharge, Wind-Up
3rd pet Wind-Up, Powerball, Supercharge, Wind-Up
I believe that Toxic Smoke instead of Powerball wouldn't make any difference. I chose the first move in case a enemy pet outspeed mine, but I believe any would. However the extra damage, even as little as it could be, is very important, specially with the 2nd pet.

The first P/P Iron Starlette soloed the fight is what he means. He took three because you need three mechanicals and why not take the same one. I replicated his results. A single P/P Iron Starlette soloed the entire fight.

I've done it with S/S Fluxfire Feline (2/*/1) and Tranquil Mechanical Yeti (2/1/1).
Pounce, Pass, Pass, Prowl, Pounce until first snail is dead and Pounced with Prowl whenever it was possible until my Feline died. At this point it was only Snot left that I killed with Ion Cannon. If Snot has more than 732HP or have Dive available, just use Thrash until you can finish it with Ion Cannon.

There are only 3 breeds of Cogblade Raptor, though. Nobody really has much of an excuse for not having either one of each, or at least 2 S/B's and 1 S/S, since the B/B is pretty redundant.

Rabid Nut Varmint 5000 [2,2,1] nearly soloed the fight.

Thrash
Pass
Extra Plating
Rabid Strike
Thrash til 1st snail dies.

From then on just try and keep your armor up and thrash, tossing up an occasional Rabid Strike against the shielded snails. Killed 2.5 of the snails this way. Can easily squeeze in a leveling pet of any level after your Rabid Nut Varmint dies. I used a Tranquil Mechanical Yeti to clean up using Thrash.

If you want your 20+ Mechanical pet to get any XP, you must deviate these instructions to get him in for 1 round at least. Strat works perfect otherwise, didn't even need a 3rd pet except to round out 3 Mechanicals.

Mini-Thor & Lil'XT work very well aswell
Thor (1-2-2) Burst down the first one with missles, then set up rocket and minefield, keep building rockets and just kill first pet. With swap the next pet gets a lot of damage from minefield. just set up mine field again and keep launching rockets
After that bring in Lil'XT (2-2-1), spam Trash and when he is in dive set up Boombot.
Should die really quickly.

This fight can also be done with other mechanical pets. Iron Starlette will solo the first two snails, and lil' bling took out the last one, but I imagine any other mech pet will do the trick.

My Scorpid almost soloed all three i just spammed Black Claw on cd, Blinding Poising, and Barbed stinger and repeat. Takes care of almost all three, i brought my Boar out and finished with a Headbutt, worked like a charm : ) Good luck!

Something worth mentioning -- this strat will not work if you have a S/S Cogblade Raptor. It doesn't do enough damage on that first Bite to trigger Rocklick's Stone Form. Fortunately, I had a S/B breed on hand already, that one worked just fine.

Thanks for this, I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong! It was my S/S breed Raptor. I did try the Yeti and it worked, but barely. It's too RNG dependent. I found that using Fluxfire Feline in the third slot worked great. Snot was at full health of FF killed him in two hits!

I also noticed that the S/S Cogblade Raptor wasn't doing enough damage to trigger the stoneform in one hit. Ended up using a S/S Fluxfire and still needed two hits to trigger stoneform, but then tore it apart with Prowl > Claw. Then it proceded to tear up the next snail and put a serious amount of damage on the third one before dying.

I didn't have Cogblade raptor, but I was able to cheese it with clockwork gnome, mechanical pandaren dragonling, and darkmoon tonk. What I did was I spammed turret on cooldown and blitz otherwise to kill the first pet, decoy and breath to kill the second, and shock and awe ion cannon to kill the third. Very slow fight, but it works.

This strategy worked as specified for me today. My MPD had just Failsafed as Snot dies.

I don't imagine anyone will have problems with this, but a Fluxfire Feline or a Rabid Nut Varmint would make a perfect backup pet.

убивал Острозубым ящером (1 2 1), Орехощелк-5000 (2 2 2) и 15+ любой мех. Просто все по кд сливаете и все.
