I changed the order from Pandaren Water Spirit, if Dive does not at least 615 Dmg you have to reset.
Round 1. Dive
Round 2-3 Water Jet, Azerite Slime dies.
Round 4 Whirpool
Round 5 Water Jet
Round 6 Dive
Round 7 Water Jet
Then Finish Azerite Elemental with your last 2 pets

Didn't have Pandaren Water Spirit. I used Stormstruck Beaver instead. Killed with Tail Slap x 3 but it could have been much cleaner with proper use of Beaver Dam and Buried Treasure. Just took one try but was really close.

Took 3 tries for Razortooth to take down the second enemy at the right time and allow the Waveling to finish the 3rd one.

After failing this strat multiple times (B/B Razortooth died too early on 3rd pet) I finally made it. PWS critted and I didn't have to use rip before devour on 2nd pet, Razortooth (B/B) entered 3rd pet with almost full hp.

didn't have Water Waveling lvl25, so i've replaced it with Jademist Dancer (1,2,1). Used Dancing Rain, Steam Vent, Rain Dance and Steam Vent x2 till the last enemy pet died.

Didn't work the first time, so when I did it again, I did Rip and Devour on the second pet and saved Rip - Blood in the Water for the third pet. That way it gets the heal from killing off the second pet with Devour and can use the full damage of Blood in the Water on the third pet. By the time my Water Waveling came in, I only had to use Water Jet once to finish the fight.

My pets were HS, BB, and HS, in case that's what made the difference.

Started with the Panderan Water Spirit, worked great, for the second pet I brought in the Ruby Droplet, who finished the last two pets. Didn't have to use a third pet.
