My red cricket died before the first enemy because of two crits on my first try. Second try it worked nicely. Maybe mark it RNG? (edited)

The top line of the strat does say "If Cindy has a critical hit against your Red Cricket, restart the fight".

There are quite a few strats that have a 5% failure rate (one crit) or a 0.25% failure rate (two crits). Two crits are pretty unlucky, so mostly these go unnoticed.

Especially for a challenge strat like the Plushie, even a 5% failure rate is tolerable.

Xu Fu tries to stay away from breed specific strategies. In this case, the strategy is breed specific (S/S Flayer Youngling), so it is included but not as the first choice.
