Credit for the use of the PWS goes to a comment by user Heziana on the Jademist Dancer/Core Hound Pup strategy but they didn't set out what moves to use so I figured this out and decided to share it for those who have the Water Spirit at 25 but not the Jademist Dancer like me. Depending on crits on the first pet things may go slightly differently but it should be easy to figure out what to do, I tried it roughly 10 times and it worked every time, though once I got really unlucky with Thrash and my final pet had to do most of the damage to Milo. I think the River Otter is likely a suitable alternative for the Pandaren Water Spirit, with Powerball (to be faster than Tikka) in place of Water Jet, but I've not got one at 25 to test. For Core Hound Pup vs. Milo, you can start off with Howl -> Burrow and it can oneshot Milo.

Another small gripe, but since you're using Bound Stream as 2nd pet, it would be nice to have it as the 2nd pet. :D

This worked out just as instructed for the first two pets, but I tried Genoce's Howl-Burrow suggestion instead, and Milo was left with just 63 health. One Rake and it was done. Thanks for the strat(s)!

My variation on this was Tiny Twister 1/1/2 and Ashtone Core 1/1/2 as I don't have a Bound Stream leveled. Same as posted strat until Tikka comes in. Used Instability (RNG factor here, 50% hit chance) first as Ashstone was still up. Tiny Twister priority is Flyby if debuff isn't up -> Call Lightning -> Slicing Wind. Core Hound Pup was used same as posted strat.

Used Flickering Argunite as described. Didn't have a Bound Stream, so I used Molten Corgi on Tikka. Flamethrower first, then when Tikka used his dust cloud, I did Puppies of the Flame - neither of us took damage while he was still in dust cloud, but puppies and flamethrower whittled him down a little while I was still protected. Superbark when I came back up, then Flamethrower until Tikka died. Continued Flamethrower until Corgi died, then did Core Hound Pup rotation from the above strat.

My Flickering Argunite didn't die on turn 1 VS Tikka so no need to pass. (Could have been luck).
My Bound stream died while killing Tikka.
Everything else worked great, got it on first try with a S/B Bound Stream.
