If you cannot get Savage Talon off and Ti'un is under 700 HP you should be able to continue just by keeping Ironskin up and doing Falcosaur Swarm! then Predatory Strike when up. I have tried this several times and have not needed to move to the moth (#3).

Pet #3 probably won't need the Power restriction, but it's there just in case. Barring a crit, the Fledgling Warden Owl should finish Ti'un off.

Any lantern that has Illuminate can be used.
For the mechanical pets, any pets with Explode will work, though higher health pets are preferred (such as Minfernal or Netherspace Abyssal). I personally use the Blackfuse Bombling and an HH Netherspace Abyssal. Strategy originally from Rendigar at Warcraft Pets |

Sharptalon Hatchling: 2,*,2
Direbeak Hatchling: 2,*,1
Bloodgazer Hatchling: 2,1,2
Your pets shouldn't apply Wild Winds, or Rip to Ti'un, nor should you use Falcosaur Swarm, because his Shell Shield will negate this. The best course of action that I took was to buff up and hit as hard as I could.
Start off with Sharptalon Hatchling, use Warning Squawk, fill in with Savage Talon. When your first hatchling dies, switch to your Direbeak hatchling. Cast Ironskin, and spam Savage Talon, If all goes well, you can get Ti'un the Wanderer's health down below 25%, at which point you should use Predatory Strike.
Hope this helps. If you don't have these pets yet, you'll have to unlock them in the Broken Isles. It's Legion content, so it should be easy to do as far as killing the falcosaurs during their related world quests.
As a last note, any of these can be substituted with the Snowfeather hatchling (yep, the last falcosaur pet). Again you'll want to use savage talon as your main hitting attack, and either Warning squawk if it's your first attacking pet, or Predatory Strike if it's your second slot. As for the middle ability, you have a choice with Snowfeather, between Squawk and Crouch. Squawk might be better as it has no cooldown while Crouch lasts the same amount of time but it has a cooldown on one round longer than the buff.
Good luck!

If you're going to roll with it, I recommend starting with the Val'kyr's CoD then following the rest of the strat. If you get really lucky, Ti'un will die to Flock; if you get kind of lucky, he'll die to one Savage Talon.
Bring a third pet with Flying abilities; Ikky gets wrecked about 75% of the time during Flock. I prefer pets with the Slicing Wind/Cocoon/Swarm combo (Glowflies).
Worse comes to worst, the third pet will give your Val'kyr time to come back from Haunt and a Shadow Shock/Slash will finish Ti'un off.
