S/S Anklerender, P/S Kneebiter, P/P Footslasher.
I changed position with Anklerender and Footslasher.
The order would be:
P/P Footslasher, P/S Kneebiter, S/S Anklerender

Turn 1: Exposed Wounds
Turn 2: Swap to Anklerender
Then start at Turn 1 in the guide with black claw.

Both Footslasher and Kneebiter was at or very close to 100% health for the last enemy, so it worked out great.
Haven't tried multiple times, but I had to change something since S/S Anklerender couldn't kill the first one by himself. (edited)

Didnt work with S/S breeds. Replaced with P/B and P/S and worked fine

I had a S/S Anklerender, P/S Kneebiter, and P/P Footslasher, and it did not work. I changed that to P/S Anklerender, P/S Kneebiter, and P/B Footslasher, and it worked with a bunch of health to spare. So thanks!

Had an S/S Anklerender, S/S Kneebiter and P/P Footslasher, Anklerender that died too early, but was able to wing it with the others and still complete.
