My Cursed Birman only lasted until round 8 (no crits to the Birman), which is perhaps why the strat failed, as Algalon murdered my Chrominius before it could Surge of Power because of 1 crit from Starfall on Chrominius.

I see. It's the debuff from Forboding Curse. I've never received it so didn't make enough repeats I guess -_- now I wonder how many entries are suffering from this. Edited accordingly, thank you, now should work in both scenarios. (edited)

I used Widget as I didn't have Cursed Birman. Started with Spirit Claw, Call Darkness then Spectral Strike, then continued with the attacks in the script. It took one extra turn to defeat the trainer.
