This script uses Moonfire on Skritches (which is a strong attack) as DragonsAfterDark suggested and then fills with Spirit Claws, which is a normal attack (not weak) against Phantus.

I'm not sure if you meant to have Spirit Claws against Skritches, since it only has an 80% hit chance without Moonlight up and it does weak damage to Skritches since they're a flyer, when it would make more sense to use Moonfire against them. I needed two Spirit Claws against Skritches, and I would likely only need to Moonfire to finish Skritches off.
