|
You can also go with any other Elemental as your second pet, as long as it has attacking spells. Most times Jademist Dancer soloes the fight or brings it down to a 1 or 2 hit.
I used a H/S Jademist Dancer - but I think you can choose any breed S/S is the hardest. You most likely need Pandaren Water Spirit or any of the other substitutes to finish it off. |

Sometimes Tiny Snowman will live a bit longer, just keep going with a Snowball and then an extra Deep Freeze and Frost Nova if it does survive, then finish off the fight as below. Most of the time it will die after the second Snowball

If you farmed it during Brewfest, it's possible for the Stout Alemental to nearly solo this fight. A wide variety of Slot 2 pets would work to finish the fight. The Water Spirit is just one suggestion for a quick tidy-up, if needed.
If you don't have the Stout Alemental, you could lead with the Pandaren Water Spirit and substitute Brew Bolt with Water Jet. Skunky Alemental works for Slot 2 in this case. |

If we could use the same 10 pets for everything, it would be a very short and shallow game. Level 10 pets, and use the same 2 or 3 mechanics for everything, and you're done. Pet battling has been going for ... 12? years now, and it is still going. I have my own opinion of its shortcomings, but if 10 pets would suffice for everything, I would have lost interest in it within 3 months.
It is my opinion that you can beat every battle in the game with just 50 pets, if you know how to use them. (Excluding Family Achievement constraints, ofc.) I've been too lazy to test it, but it feels about right. The site offers 19 different strats forthis battle, and there are plenty of other ways to beat every battle. All you have to do is find them!
I felt there were too many pets to level back in Mists, when levelling was much harder, and we had about 600 in total. You have done very well, levelling over 1000 pets! Now I sometimes wish I had pets still to level, to give me something to look forward to. We're never satisfied!
