This is my first strategy I've made here, so let me know if anything is "off" or could be better, thanks!

If you have a choice of breeds for your pets, go with ones with more power.
Update: Changed written instructions to match the TD script in situations where your second pet kills Needlenose and you have to manually swap to your Void Jelly when Brite comes in. Also added an Interrupting Gaze so that different breeds of pet #2 won't frequently kill of Needlenose. Jan 2021 Update: Improved TD script. |

This strategy was created in the Beta; it might need changes once Shadowlands goes live.
This fight involves quite a lot of RNG so please keep in mind that most strategies in this section aren't 100% reliable. |

if you are put to sleep start the battle over... also this strat isn't 100% and relies on your hits being high.

I cannot say that this strat is 100% RNG-free, but I had good success with it. Please comment, if you have ideas for improvement and please rate if you like it.

I was getting really frustrated by not having the correct breeds and what not of other strats and just sort of came up with this one by trial and error of using different pets in my arsenal.
Trunks' main ability has a 50% hit chance, but it doesn't have to hit very many times to be effective. I wrote the strat and the script using Servant of Demidos as the 3rd pet. |

Pretty RNG heavy, but statistically not awful.
Also if you get slept turn 1 just reset. |

My first strategy so I apologize for the formatting. There's a small chance moth balls kill Lantern or you get slept on the first turn. just restart.

If Brightpaw is slept you'll need to restart the fight.
I did a couple test runs and had a couple different outcomes but was able to win each time. RNG is mainly dependant on the Moth Balls and which ability Needlenose hits Brightpaw with. |

Extreme RNG, which means there are at least 2 states in which a restart is needed.
1: If Shrieker gets put asleep in round 1 2: if Shrieker dies before killing the first pet. I love how the main strategy with Shrieker, is by taking advantage of Star Tail's annoying repeated attack. |

RNG: Enchanted Lantern can fall asleep in Turn 1. Restart. RNG: Enchanted Lantern must survive long enough to cast Flash and Light against Needlenose, which depends on Enemy misses from Flash. |

The passes might seem wrong, but it's for defeating pet 3 with timing and to help build Nether Blast. If you kill Needlenose before Void Jelly can come in, or if Void Jelly can't kill Needlenose in one hit (392): restart.

Tried to eliminate some of the RNG, getting put asleep and getting hit 3 times in the first two rounds is actually better! Still some crit and cyclone rng in the end

The sleep in Round 1 is a hazard for all strats in this battle.
I didn't have two Eldritch, so I slotted an Empyreal (H/H) second. You haven't put H or P restrictions on that slot, so the automatic substitution allows it. It had enough Power to kill the seond pet, which is its job, so that is all good.
I tried it 5 times. 2 stuns (howzat for RNG? :P ) and three perfect successes.
I think your first pet can die if all 5 Moth Balls connect (~3% chance), but I consider anything up to 5% acceptable even for a general strat. I give Family strats more leeway.
Considering this as a general strat, I'd knock off a point for the triple exposure to the stun restart hazard and that 3% chance, but it is otherwise excellent, and uses three easy to get pets, so I think it deserves a 5. Well done!
