Explode needs to be lower in td script in the case of a non-crit.

I managed to get a levelling pet through in slot three with a PP Anomalus and a HS Pet Bombling. The Bombling managed to get in a second batter before exploding and left the levelling pet to gain the XP. It was following the "didn't crit" routine.
