I found this battle pet by pulling a Shadowrooted Vine near the Stillstone Pond Keyflame location. You are able to pull the vines if you have the buff Shadowrooted Grippers, which is from the item Darkroot Grippers Darkroot Grippers sold by Chef Dinaire for 3x Radiant Remnant Radiant Remnant, who is summoned by lighting the Lesser Keyflame at his location.

I also had the item Patrol Torch Patrol Torch's buff active, but am unsure if this is part of what gave me the pet. The torch is sold by Yorvas Flintstrike for 5x Radiant Remnant Radiant Remnant, who is also summoned by lighting his Lesser Keyflame.
