Because this pet’s moveset is shared across quite a few frogs, the stats don’t vary widely enough between the breeds to make a difference, and it’s not used in many strats, it’s better to spend your time farming for a skin you prefer rather than a breed.

Neither of the breeds are fast or powerful, so your best setup would be likely be Water Jet for static damage, Cleansing Rain for the buff to aquatic abilities, and Frog Kiss.
