1. WoW's 20th Anniversary Now Live!





World of Warcraft's 20th Anniversary is now live, and with it we have some new & returning pets!

1.1 Squirt is up for the duration of the event!



Get ready for a pet leveling bonanza! Squirt the Wandering Trainer is up for the duration of the event in the pet battle area near the celebration pavilion. You can find all our strategies for Squirt here.



2. Twitch Drop for Sand Scarab!





Greetings, adventurers! With the release of the World of Warcraft 20th Anniversary Celebration, players can commemorate the occasion with new Twitch Drops! Watch any World of Warcraft stream on Twitch.tv from October 22, 10:00 a.m. PDT, until November 5, 10:00 a.m. PST, to earn the Scarabeo delle Sabbie pet.


3. Hallow's End Begins 25 October!!

4. Maw Assaults





Maw Assault - Kyrian:
Furbix (A Sly Fox Progress),
Stridente di Oblio del Peccato (Treasure up when No One Floats Down here NOT Available),
& Dragone dell'Etere Mantoramato (Assault Cache) until mid-week reset

At mid-week reset this transitions to Maw Assault - Necrolord:
Piccolo Abominio (Crafted Treasure)
& Biadino (Assault Cache)


5. Uldum N'Zoth Assault





5.1 Pyre of the Amalgamated One



The Uldum - N'Zoth Assault: Pyre of the Amalgamated One Bonus Objective will spawn the Amalgamation of Flesh Rare, which has a chance to drop the Guardingo Malvagio

The Bonus Objective itself is not a guaranteed spawn during the assault. If you'd like to know if it's spawning for the day, Remte posts Daily Reports in the Xu-Fu's, Warcraft Pets, & Secret Finder's Discord.

5.2 Vision of the Twisting Sands



While the N'Zoth Assault is up in Uldum, you can access the Vision of Twisting Sands for the Scarabeo Sfregiato dal Vuoto pet! The entrance can be found just to the east of Ramkahen, and you will need to have completed Descending Into Madness to gain access to this area.



6. Horrific Vision of Stormwind





This week's Horrific Vision is Stormwind, and these are the pets you can see from drops and chests!

7. Vol'dun Assaults

Time: Thursday 24 October. Starts @ 5 am Pacific/CEST - Ends @ 12 pm

The Loot-Filled Pumpkin is now rewarded for all characters no matter the level, I believe, but as far as the effigies working I can't say for sure.

Yes, it IS dropping. And not just on the first try of the day. Got it on 7th without any curses on. So, just keep trying and praying to the RNG god.
... now aiming for the elusive mount ... for years already ...

Took me ~50 fights, but he finally dropped for me this year. It's the useful thing I've found for my alt army.

If anyone wondering: Squirt is not counted toward the Draenor pet brawler achievement if you battle her in tanaris.
Update: if you are doing the Elekk Plushie achi, the trainers next to Squirt is counted! (edited)

You list Specter as being available during the 20th celebration but I can't find it on any vendor. What am I missing? (edited)

Specter will be available for 2200 Timewarped Badge Timewarped Badge when WoTLK timewalking is up.
Late November 2024 will be the first time its available.
You can then purchase it from Auzin, which is located in the middle of Dalaran (the Crystalsong Forest one).

I have been knocking trainers off of my Elikk achievement list with the two that pop up at the event. They seem to change every few hours.

So it appears Squirt is up with the two pet battle questgivers at the 20th anniversary event in Tanaris, hopefully she will be there for the whole event so we can get some pets levelled up more easily!!
