This is relatively RNG-proof, with a bonus if you actually get Toxic Smoke to hit, which will make double Breath enough to kill him.
As far as your 2nd pet, Any pet with Explode will do, in which case Breath gets replaced by whatever other damaging ability the pet you choose has. Script thanks to WildCard |

Also, explode does 618 damage and not 614, so I changed the values in the script to reflect that, not that it should ever matter. (edited)
