Great :) I didn't know that Cyclone doesn't hit if Rocky dies with blind effect. Seems to be a bug

It's how most buff/debuff effects work, a snapshot is taken when a pet dies. If you try to use this mechanic elsewhere the debuff has to be applied then they're killed otherwise the debuff doesn't take effect.
