*note my Stormborne Whelpling is P/S breed, not sure if it makes a difference when using a Nexus Whelpling, i have not tested the other breeds of the Nexus Whelpling, but they might not be fast enough or have enough power in their hit to pull this off, If you use a Nexus Whelpling please leave it in the notes especially if you use a breed other than the P/S breed and let me know how it works for you. for now i recommend using the Stormborne Whelpling.

Turn 1: Pass
Turn 2: Build Turret
Turn 3: Meta Fist
Turn 4: Metal Fist (Serendipity loses Flying passive and becomes slower than Clockwork Gnome)
Turn 5: Build Turret
Turn 6-8: Repair (Serendipity dies)
Grace becomes active enemy pet
Turn 1+: Priorities Build Turret>Metal Fist until Grace dies.
Atonement becomes active enemy pet
Turn 1+ Metal Fist until Clockwork Gnome dies (don't build turrets because they might kill Atonement while waiting for Clockwork Gnome to die)
Switch to Mechanical Pandaren Dragon
Turn 2+ Breath until Atonement has less then 560 hp (often isn't needed)
Turn 3 Explode, the leveling pets gets full xp.

Also I would suggest testing for "Turn 2 No matter what you do Clockwork Gnome will just die." Moth Balls have low hit chance, so they might not kill Clockwork Gnome. So better wording could be "Turn 2+ Pass until Clockwork Gnome dies".
If timing is an issue, turrets(especially if there are two of them active) during lightning take CRAZY amount of time.
Nevertheless, I think a proper simulation (either by hand or using a computer) should be done.

It - sometimes - even works too well and you end up with the Drachling still alive so you do get hardly any XP for the Level Pet ^^
