From my understanding, you really just need 3 pets with Esca and you'll be fine. Miniserpe Volante Meccanica is nice because it also has Dardo del Tuono which is strong against Mechanical pets. I cannot give a more specific move order, because it depends on the RNG from Logic and Math.
Two key points: Logic must be killed before Apocalypse hits and Soul of the Forge should preferably take the Apocalypse hit and Beetle will easy kill Math. Otherwise it should be a pretty waterproof strategy. It has worked for me 10 out of 10 so far for me.

This strategy failed for me multiple times until I got lucky and Logic missed every attack against the Chitterspine until Logic died, allowing me to use black claw and swarm on Math before the Chitterspine died and the fel flames came in.

I only had 1 H/H though (my other two fel flames are H/S and H/P).
The import rematch string kept choosing my H/H and H/S, and that pair kept dying. I eventually checked and saw that since even the H/S fel flame is slower than Math, I recommend using H/P to try and pump out as much damage as possible, though I do not know if that will work either, until I replay this fight and don't get lucky with Logic missing every attack against Chitterspine.
