You need the Raptor to have >300 Speed and I think you also need >300 Power for the Raptor and at least 260 Power for the Bandicoon so Black Claw + Shattered Defenses guarantee Poison does 450+ damage (which is the amount of HP the enemy resurrects with on Failsafe).
