As of SL pre-patch it "works"? You'll have to switch to Sister and hit him twice with Shadow Shock to finish him off. If he gets crits you're done for most likely.

I didn't have all the pets levelled so I used: Sister of Destruction (1, 1. 1), Sporeling Sprout (1, 1, 1) and Grommloc ( 1, 1, 2).

I had no success with this strategy, always died and Flum was over 40% health remaining.

My alternative
Sister of Temptation (1,1,1)
Terky (1,2,2)
Flayer Youngling (p/s) (1,2,1) (never used)

Sister first casts Curse, then Lovestruck
Swap to Terky. Cast Lucky Dance then Stampede x 2 (Terky will die before 2nd cast goes off)
Bring Sister back in. Lovestruck, then Shadow Shock until Flummox dies.
(Sister had more than 30% hp left when Flummox died)
If needed, Flayer strat was Deflect on CD, Kick on CD, Blitz as filler.

Sister of Temptation(2,1,1)
Lil' Bad Wolf (1,2,1, speed breed)
Pandaren Monk (2,1,2)
Sister - Curse of Doom, Lovestruck, swap to Wolf.
Dodge, Howl, Claw till he's dead.
Back to Sister - Curse of Doom, Agony, she dies.
Monk - Blackout kick, Focus Chi, Takedown

This can be done without Pandaren Monk as well. I used Kun-Lai Runt. Just Frost shock and stun then takedown. More universal.

Lil Bad Wolf 1,2,1
Wretched Servant 1,1,2

Start with sister (lovestruck then curse of doom), swop to servant (consume magic just to soak up a round) , swop to wolf (howl then dodge), swop to sister (curse of doom, lovestruck, shadow shock ...another shadow shock if you can), just make sure your back with wolf to do (howl) before sisters curse of doom expires.
For me this killed him but maybe its rng and you need to finish with what you can!!

This is likely very dependent on the breed of your pets, specifically the wolf. Ran this strat 9 times, failed every time. My wolf never survived long enough for the second howl.

I tend to agree. There isn't even any RNG factor that I can see here. I had a grin widening on my face as I tested this, because I could see what was coming, and it was as inevitable as a Howlbomb in its glory days. Excellent strat!

Worked perfectly. Note: Father Winter's Helper is an easy substitute for Rotten Little Helper for casting Ice Tomb. Mine was level 21; had upgraded him with a battle stone to rare, though he would have been just as fine as an uncommon green quality if that's all you have.
