Lumpy (1, 1, 1) and Kirin Tor Familiar (2, 2, 1) and Any Elemental

Start with Lumpy [Sandstorm (on cooldown) > Rock Barrage (on cooldown) > Stone Shot]
At Lumpy's death, swap in KTF [Arcane Blast]

I used Ominous Flame in place of the Air Spirit 2-2-1. Starting with Scorched Earth, then Conflagrate and spamming Spiritfire Bolt. I tried twice and both times I was able to finish off Itchy and get two hits on Salty with Spiritfire Bolt as it is strong against flying. :)

Tiny Snowman 2-1-2 (Blizzard, Deep Freeze which will stun Itchy, Salty Bird will swap in). Magic Hat (strong against flying) until bird dies. Deep Freeze to stun Itchy again. Blizzard, Magic Hat until Snowman dies. Then continue with Pandaren Water Spirit as above. I didn't need a third pet.
