I find that starting with Wind-Up -> Batter until Bruce comes in -> Sweep -> Wind-Up -> Batter makes the strat a bit more robust since Maws Jr. dies much faster, and it's the one that does the most damage to your Enchanted Pen. (edited)

Took 2 tries, Broom couldn’t get off round 2 of wind-up on Bruce the first time. The second time Broom died right after wind-up but managed to squeak by with the rest of the strat above, though I used lift-off once on Bruce (not sure if that was better or necessary).

I could never get it to work with op’s strat as written though as other commenters said, it doesn’t seem to match so doesn’t make sense, but the changes in this comment helped and made it doable. (edited)

Strat isn't very clear. Quills for turn 3 and above on Maws? Bring in your Jade Owl when? When Pen dies? or when last shark comes in? Also, Bruce comes in after the sweep, not before. (edited)

Worked the first time. Depending on the RNG of the quills, you might not even need the Owl at the end
