Thank you to Seferus for this strat, which I found on Wowhead. It's good for levelling low level pets even though the xp has been nerfed. Wear your safari hat and use pet xp buff foods! It works 99% of the time. If you have three lvl 25 starlettes, rotating them saves on bandages.

Medium XP
Breed
At least one of the pets for this strategy require the use of a specific breed.
Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
This strategy is using pets obtainable from the Wow Trading Card Game (TCG) or the auction house for potentially high sums of gold.
This strategy is using pets obtainable only from the WoW In-Game Shop for Battle.net Balance or real money.
Level 1+
You can use this strategy to carry a low level pet to give it experience.
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
The strategy offers a Script that can be used with the Pet Battle Script addon. You can copy the script by clicking on the button to the left of the pets.
At least one pet in the strategy cannot be obtained anymore. If you have it, congrats!
A Strategy Curator found this strategy to be especially helpful and higlighted it with this tag to give it more exposure.
In Dragonflight Patch 10.2, the ability Time Bomb has been changed. This tag is marking strategies using Time Bomb so they can be reviewed.

your strat doesnt work properly because its spell order is wrong its wind up, super charge, wind up, toxic smoke - FIN

PP Breed isnt great as it fails if you get critted. Also this is slower than the 2 explode strat with micro defender. (This takes 35 seconds while the other strat with 280+ speed (3/4 breeds) clanking takes 25 seconds and 28 seconds with the other 1/4 breed clanking) (edited)

It works for P/S Starlette as long as you don't get crit using the skill order Johnny has outlined in the comments (edited)

Thank you for the input! And yes, I find H/P breed works the best for me. (edited)

The strat proposed does not work with all breeds, but I found out a way to make single starlett viable against Baby Bjorn:

ROUND 1: TOXIC SMOKE
ROUND 2: WIND-UP
ROUND 3: WIND-UP
ROUND 4: EXPLODE

BANG, and the fight is done, you gotta maximize your starlett output dmg over toxi smoke to compensate the lack of dmg of other non-P breeds. I found myself several times missing 22 or 24 Left on Baby Bjorn.

Find the TD Scrip Below:
use(Explode:282) [enemy.hp<=642]
use(Toxic Smoke:640) [enemy.hp.full]
use(Wind-Up:459) [enemy.hp>=1000]

P/P Breed if fail safe.

Kind regards,
Johnny (edited)
