This is super unsophisticated, but worked for me every time. Note that when Blightbreath goes down all the enemy pets will still be alive and healthy-looking. When Blighthawk comes in, the final two should be almost dead, and can be quickly cleaned up with Slicing Winds and/or Lift Off.

The enemy pets didn't die after the Lift Offs in strat, so I had to use Plagued Blood to finish them off. Son of Sethe didn't make it through, and had to use Blighthawk to finish up third enemy. Worked okay though. Thank you.
