This is super unsophisticated, but worked for me every time. Note that when Blightbreath goes down all the enemy pets will still be alive and healthy-looking. When Blighthawk comes in, the final two should be almost dead, and can be quickly cleaned up with Slicing Winds and/or Lift Off.

I would suggest holding off on using Lift-Off until enemy pet 2 uses Dive to avoid wasting the attack completely. |
