I used a Hyjal Wisp (S/S, 1-x-x) with Arcane Blast to finish off the battle.
The script follows OP's strategy and will get the job done perfectly if Soulrush stuns the first pet. Script:

Anyway, once the Voidwiggler was dead, I used Eldrich (112) and Erudite Manafiends (111). Amp Magic on CD, ended the fight with plenty health to spare on the 3rd pet.
