I imagine pets with dragonkin attacks in general would make for good slot 2/3 pets I haven't seen Naxxy used in any other strats - I used Frosty in place, but that's going to be a rare pet. Scourged Whelping or Blightbreath both have spammable dragonkin and are fairly common in other strats.

Did not have Naxxy levelled therefore used Scourged Whelping, Call of Darkness and Tail Swipe twice. Whelping still had 3/4 of it's health remaining. Did not need the third pet.

I didn't have a Naxxy so I used a Scourged Whelpling in its place (2-2-1). Worked great with the Ghastly kid & Voodoo Figurine.

I used a Scourged Whelpling in place of Ghastly Kid. (I have one, but it's still level 5.) I used Call Darkness and had somewhat unlucky RNG, so I'd recommend Death and Decay if you aren't feeling lucky. Otherwise it was Tail Sweep and Plagued Blood. It worked for me.

I used Untethered Wyrmling (2,*,1) w Naxxy (1,1,1), never got to the 3rd pet. The Wyrmling gets through Leonard and half of the Slime

It took five tries before this strat worked. The first 4 times, Leonard used Sweep before I could even get him to 500 hp's or less. Naxxy was completely ineffective against Leonard as none of the attacks did enough damage to overcome Leonard's leech attack.

Drat, missed the Edit timer. I Hoof'd Leonard down to 400-something, used Ghostly Bite and... he had 45 health left. Restarted, got him down to barely above 400 with a crit... and he was left with 9. I am not so sure about this Step 1 now.... Leonard's extra hits took a lot out of my Ghastly Kid, so instead of Pass on Leonard's resurrection, I used Ethereal instead.

Naxxy's part went... swimmingly.
