I only tried with this combination, so other breeds might also do the trick. Also, i don't know how to create a scrip, so, sorry for that :)

I updated the breed toggles with stat restrictions so the alternatives won't display as 'Uncertain'.

That said, because Dazzling Dance will increase your speed for the same amount that Lick reduces it, you just need pet 1 to be faster than 232.

Also, breed does not appear to matter for the Storm-Touched Stomper when I ran them individually through the sim, but I'll leave it up to OP if they want to remove the stat restriction completely.
