This strategy leverages using Illusionary Barrier to block against some heavy hits while offensively returning Aquatic damage hits to take advantage of the type advantage.

~ Using Heat Up doesn't do much here, so it's generally going to be better to skip using it and just attack with Hot Soup.
~ If you're going to use Creeping Insanity, it's best to specify it's against Tiny Cragling, because by the time the Creeping Tentacle comes in it's wasted if you use it on Stratus. Otherwise, I'd just skip using it to just Tentacle Slap, which will give you a guaranteed hit on round 1 over a maybe hit later because it can miss from Sandstorm.
~ You might also want to outline more moves than just Surge of Power for Legs, because I definitely needed it.
Here's a script with the suggested changes:
use(Whirlpool:513) [round=1]
use(Whirlpool:513) [enemy(#2).active]
use(Hot Soup:1578)
use(Tentacle Slap:1570)
use(Surge of Power:593) [enemy(#3).active & enemy.hp<642]
use(Whirlpool:513) [enemy(#3).active & enemy.hp>1000]
use(Pump:297)
standby
