You can just breath down Bub until you are at last HP to explode and basically one missile from Tonk wins the fight if you can't get him low enough to die from Explosion.

Should note not to use ion cannon immediately in case of healing pushing Bubs over 733, but still killed without causing any issues

Thank you for pointing that out! I've updated the health values in the strat & script for a normal Consume hit. There's still a very small chance of it critting at the wrong time and lengthening the strat, but it never resulted in a failure.
