I apply Shattered Defenses (damage taken increased by 100%) with Flock and then force the Tinytron swap by using a pet with higher health in slot#3. You can replace Ikky with any other pet that can apply Shattered Defenses for 2 rounds (Stampede, Swarm, Inflation etc. but not Hunting Party!) with speed 295+ This team & strat is part of my Emperor Crab & Soul of the Forge challenge run. 9		dollraves#1710	This is my favorite team against mechanicals. They're also a great team for pet pvp and for leveling pets (load the Gift of Winter's Veil in the third spell slot). Just play around his abilities, and have high speed pets to make sure you get your abilities off before his. I see a lot, and I mean a lot using fire shield, or lightning shield. These work just as well, but I wanted a different approach. Hopling is great because of his speed, and ikky is a staple in any pet collectors arsenal. I have 3 max leveled because why not!
