I didn't run the numbers; the breed restriction might not be necessary. This was just a suggestion to be faster to make sure nothing goes sideways with two Stone Rush hits.

Try the Vibrant Glimmerfly. Instead of using Amber Prison Counterspell then swap. Skip Soul Ward on Turn 9, Illuminate, then swap back and Mana Surge with the Glimmerfly if needed.
