Other breeds of Fel Flame might also work. Any lvl25 pet will work to mop up, Fel Flame mostly soloes Arcantus - I used Broot and Blossoming Ancient for safety but I only ever needed to hit Arcantus twice after the Fel Flame died.

I used Searing Scorchling (P/B) in slot 1, and Fel Flame (H/S) in slot 2, and didn't have a problem really getting it down.

You should Flame Breath first into Scorched Earth second, that way you override the arcane weather and not the other way around.

I then just used Ashtone Core as my 2nd pet and used Burn until the enemy died.
