Somehow I only have the one moth at 25, but you can keep Sentinel's Companion in until it dies, and then a single call lightning should finish off Phantus.

I didn't have a second moth so I used the Explode ability on Crimson Spore and it worked great.

I didn't have a lvl 25 Skywisp Moth. I put Cerulean Moth in 2nd slot and Mechanical Axebeak in 3rd slot with Haywire. Worked on first try,
