This strategy still works in Shadowlands pre-patch as of November 3rd, 2020. However, I do not believe the H/H nor H/P breeds of Tiny Bog Beast are viable because even with the Temporal Anomaly buff from the Paradox Spirit, they are both too slow and get eaten up by Snozz. I was successful with this strategy only using the H/S breed of Tiny Bog Beast.

Took about 15 tries but works, relies on Bog Beast getting 3 Rampages off (or very lucky crits elsewhere) and Spirit being lower hp than treant for the final swap

You must have gotten very lucky then. I can never get a second Rampage off, maybe Tiny Bog Beast needs to be a speed breed? Do not use this strat. Tried over 10 times with the same results :( I hate RNG

I suggested this strategy and, indeed, my Tiny Bog Beast was H/S. I mentioned this when I suggested it, but didn't say it was necessary because I didn't have any other breed to test with.

I just checked the math and you will need an H/S breed Tiny Bog Beast. The strat works, you just need the right breed.

Сработало. Не с первого раза, но все-таки) Забавно, что не срабатывало по разному - то болотная тварь не доживала до смены во время буйства, то, наоборот, жила слишком долго и Храпун отхиливался больше, чем того требует гайд)
