Used H/S Wisp and P/P Minfernal (2/1/2) (Instead of Abyssal). Immolation,2x Immolate, Explode. Had luck and ALL blinded attacks missed...so...don't expect too much of it.

This setup worked for me, but I had to tweak it a bit.

That should be enough to win, but you could even let your broom "clean up" if need be. ;)

should also note that i had so much overkill from explode that you could get away with any pet in the first slot probably (much higher risk of rng fail though) i'd still recommend something with SS to get at least an attack or two in.

tried this strat with level oozling and it worked! haha no joke just lucky find, I basically tried same strat but skipping oozling and added some extra moves:

Turn 1 Forboding Curse - your Abyssius is forced in
Turn 2 Scorched Earth (it crits here which helps)
Turns 3+4 Meteor Strike - your Enchanted Pen is forced in
Turn 5 Evanescence
Turns 6+ Quills
Turn 7 Forvoding Curse - your Abyssius is forced in
Turn 8 Scorched Earth (abyssius may die but still possible to use any move to finish)

Didn't have pen or anything fast with Forboding Curse (nice spelling Blizz....) so I used my slow Hungering claw in the first spot. After the forced swap, I literally just put him back in and applied the curse and darkness. This brought in my green L25 Oily Slimeling, where I used acidic goo, corrosion (missed), corrosion again, forced swap to Abyssius, Scorched Earth, Meteor Strike, forced swap/death, then just ooze touch to finish.

Thanks so much for this strategy. After getting to the point of almost tearing my hair out as none of the magic teams could get him down, this finally worked for me first try. I guess having a PP Jade Oozeling in 2nd spot helped. I managed to get in an Acidic Goo, Corrosion (which hit) and an Ooze Touch. By then Blood's HP was low enough for Abyssius to finish him off with 1 Scorched Earth.

Didnt have the pen leveled so i usef Hyjal Wisp 2/1/1. Firs move was Wish which healed oozeling. Followed strat from here until Abyssius died. Back to oozrling Goo then corrossion, swapped to Wisp Wish and then finished with Arcane Blast.

I didn't even need Evanescence or Quills with a H/B Oozeling and P/P Abyssius. Just use any magic pet with Forboding Curse that has 292+ speed - you can get the new Faceless Minion pet from cho'gall for example.

Might be faster to ask an enchanter to make you the pen, though, it costs 5 chaos crystals, 20 leylight shards, 50 arkhana, and 10 felhide :)

S/B Nordrassil Wisp (1,1,1) worked for me. Managed to use Flash in first turn. When it came back used Soul Ward and Flash again.

I used Hyjal Wisp (S/S) and Minfernal and Netherspace abyssals (both to put dot and explode). Had neither pen nor Abyssius or Disgusting Oozeling leveld.

Didn't go quite as advertised for me. Abyssius' meteor strike make the swap out miss, then he was killed the next round. I just sent Pen back in and finished him off with quills.

Used Netherspace Abyssal instead of Abyssius. Follow steps 1-4, then immolate, meteor strike, meteor strike hits, then explode and fight ended with immolate tick.

Void Gate, which is the enemy ability that forces your pets to swap, missed my Abyssius because it was in-air at the time doing Meteor Strike (confirmed from battle log that I had followed the steps correctly), so I just had to add a Crush on Turn 8 so that Abussius dies before continuing on to the two final steps. Still worked perfectly, just a small tweak.
