Because Arcane Storm means your pets cannot be stunned, you can just select Mind Games #2, and it doesn't do anything to your team, at which point you can just keep your Nexus Whelp in and Mana Surge on the next turn :)

Didn't have Stormborne Whelpling up to 25 so I swapped it in with something else, (Still maintained level 25 Dragonkin) and Nexus Whelpling (P/P) was able to solo with ease
