Yeah, I always make sure of that for all pet battle strat pets, unless otherwise noted. Sorry I can't be more helpful than that/this is a v late comment. Looks like it worked fine for others though! I hope I wasn't downvoted for simply saying it did not work for me, that'd be some lols

This one worked crazy well, I never even had my second pet in. The Nexus Whelpling got a whack on Golden Grazer before it died, and then the Thunderscale easily finished the fight.

I don't have my thunderscale whelpling leveled so I used a Stormborne Whelpling (211) instead - use Frost Breath in place of Zap and it still works great.
