For Bloodgazer + 2 beasts, I did Corgnelius (1,2,2), lvl 25 Beast, Bloodgazer.
Cognelius does Cute Face on CD, Buried Treasure on CD. Died same turn as Rocko. Probably a better dodging/healing pet I could put in here for safety, but this worked!

Corgnelius is sadly gated behind a mission. Atm I got 54 lvl 25 rare beast pets out of 161 total for me. Leveling Corgnelius isn't a top priority I'm afraid.
You should check strategy 5, it's for Bloodgazer on this fight.
