not even close. enemy backline was at nearly full health as my third pet died. mechanical scorpid doesn't survive long enough to apply black claw to the first backline enemy. (edited)

Not sure if something changed or not. I've had this strategy work before, but it simply doesn't now. The python destroys everything. Not sure what's going on.

The Tanaan rares are notable for their random backlines. I remember them well! Taking down the boss pet still leaves you facing two others, buffed by the Boss's Fel Whateveritwas. Sometimes, if you get a hefty breed Blue Python, you will have a very tough finish.

Failed first try today. Scorpid PP died in backline. First enemy backline pet was Beast, and killed my PS Dream Whelpling. 2nd try, switched last ability from Healing Flame to Emerald Dream- Scorpid still died in backline but Whelpling carried the fight.
