Die Dornzangenkrabben von Pandaria existieren schon seit Tausenden von Jahren und zählen zu den ältesten Kreaturen des Kontinents.
First of all - you farmed it in a week?? Wow, congratulations!
Next, I feel you. It's a great pet, and a shame we don't see it more.
So that sent me down a rabbit hole of statistics. I have five spreadsheets open now. :P
By Xu-Fu's spreadsheet right now, there are 375 species with battle abilities that are not used in strats. Some of those are very rare, like Zipao Tiger. Some of those are battle duplicates of common pets, like Water Snake, so they may show up as Substitutes, so they're not really excluded from being used in strats..
Spineclaw is not common, but it is not as rare as I expected. Wowhead gives it at 9% of Wowhead members, and Xu-Fu gives it as 15% of Xu-Fu members.
And yet we all tend to think of it as very rare. And ofc when setting a strat, we tend to avoid pets we think of as rare; we would like as many people as possible to be able to use the strat.
Rip+Blood in the Water is an extremely strong Aquatic attack combo. For example, Spineclaw could be a substitutein this strat Link if the author had not overspecified the abilities. It certainly could be used there.
I'm a little surprised that Spineclaw Crab doesn't make any appearance at all.
I did memorably use it once, in PvP's Aquatic Brawler, in an amazing team devised by Leo|Spinning. :)
You should certainly look out for places to use it! With its heal alongside the combo, it ought to be useful in Aquatic strats.
