1. You must complete the intro quest chain up to The Radiant Vault The Radiant Vault

2. Go back to the Singing Tablet and enter The Forgotten Vault.

3. Head back to the large room with the skeleton by the big crystal, and you'll see a journal on the ground offering the quest, The Tattered Journal The Tattered Journal

4. Now just follow the chain until its completion:

Scattered To The Winds
A Group Effort
Laid To Rest At Last

5. Once you've completed the chain, go back to the upstairs of the Inn where you found one of the journal pages, and on the floor next to the far bed will be the Well Loved Squeaky Toy

Note: If you can't interact with the toy, you need to go into the storm, complete the quest, and come back out, log out and back in, OR leave the Isle and come back.

6. Pick it up, and head to Marmaduke on your way back into town. He'll be patrolling between the bottom of the Inn's cliff & the town. /targetexact Marmaduke

7. Once you give him the Well Loved Squeaky Toy, he'll disappear.

8. Head back to the middle of town, and you'll see Marmaduke sitting next to a telescope near the goblin Innkeeper. He'll offer you the quest 'Homeward Bound to Safer Shores'.

Complete that and you'll have your Marmaduke! ^^
